B: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Squat Snatch (1-1-1)

Custom Metcon

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Against a 4 minute running clock, complete the following for max reps:

400M Run

40 Double Unders

Max Reps of Squat Snatch (115/80 lbs)

*Rest 2 minutes and complete a total of three (3) sets – 18 Minutes
