Strict press starting in the front rack position. Sit in an unsupported position, no chair backing, i.e. on a bench

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2, complete the following for time;

Run 600m together

Then alternating full rounds, complete 10 rounds total of;

8 Pull Ups

10 Strict Press (50% of today’s Part B)

12 Single DB Alternating Clean & Jerk (50/35/25lbs)

Immediately followed by;

600M run together
