Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes (3 sets) for times:
20/18 Calories of Assault Bike
10 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
Each set should take no more than 3 minutes. The Assault Bike should be done in two minutes or less; please adjust the calories or loading to ensure that you get at least two minutes of rest between sets.
