10 Push Jerk (45% of Part C)

20 Double Unders

Rest exactly 3 minutes…

ii. In 7 Minutes, complete the following

Run 200M together

immediately followed by as many rounds and reps (alternating full rounds) as possible of;

10 Deadlifts (weight from Part i)

10 Bar Over Burpees

10 Situps
