Then 120 Sit Ups (both palms touch on floor in front of feet)*

*Athletes may only perform sit ups while their partner holds 1 DB/KB/WB in the front rack position. Team mates may switch from sit ups to static hold as frequently as desired, as long as no sit ups occur unless the team member is in a static hold.

Then 120 Pull Ups*

*Athletes may only perform pull ups while their partner performs a farmer carry hold 1 DB/KB/WB. Team mates may switch from pull ups to static hold as frequently as desired, as long as no pull ups occur unless the team member is in a static hold.
