C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

150M run

2 Wall Climbs / 1 Rope Climb (15′)*

9 Hand Release Pushups

7 Hang Power Snatch (95/65 lbs)

5 Toes to Bar

* If partner A does walk walks in round 1, Partner B will do a rope climb in round 2. Partner A will then a rope climb in round 3, and Partner B will do wall walks. Continue alternating the first movement for the duration of the workout.

*Count the reps as “1” for both will walks and rope climbs.
