In teams of 2 alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of;

200m Run

10 KB Swings (53/35 lbs) + 5 Burpee Pull Up

5 Turkish Get Ups (55% of Part B) + 1 Rope Climb (15′)
