b) Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
How it works: Do 1 Wall Walk in Minute 1, 1 BBJO in Minute 2, 2 Wall Walks in Minute 3, and 2 BBJO in Minute 4. Continue until you fail to finish the prescribed reps within a minute.
