50 Box Steps UPs with Bell

50 DB Snatch

50 DB STO

50 Double Unders

50 KB Swings

50 T2B

50 Push UPs

50 Sit UPs

50 Cal Row (non rowing Partner does box step ups unit switch)

Switch as needed

*Burpees and Box step ups scored separately for total in Round 2

*start with box step ups on Round 2
