In teams of 2, dividing reps evenly, complete as many reps as possible in 21 minutes of;

70 Double Unders

60 DB Deadlifts (50/35lbs)

50 Situps

40 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)

30 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)

40 Wall Balls

50 Sit Ups

60 DB Deadlifts

70 Double Unders

** REST 3 MINUTES **

Move on to Part C
~ If you make it back up the ladder to 70 double unders, the next movement is 60 DB Deadlifts going down the ladder

~ Two (2) DB on the Deadlift, single bell touches the deck

~ Both partners must do Rx to be

C: Metcon (Distance)

Team Death by 10m

Every minute the minute, each teammate will run 10m one at a time. If both runs are completed, each athlete will add 10m the following minute until both runs cannot be completed in the minute.
This is a 10m course.

Score is last distance both successfully completed in the minute.

Example. In minute 1, John runs 10m and when he’s done, Sally runs 10M. In minute 2, John runs 10m out, 10 back and then Sally runs 10m out and 10m back. In minute 3, John runs 10m out, 10m back, 10m out…then Sally does the same. This pattern will continue until both runners cannot complete the distance in the alotted minute.
