40 Push Ups (*partner holds plank)

40 Double Unders

40 Sit Ups (*partner flutter kicks)

300 Meter Run

30M Farmers Carry Waking Lunge (50/35- 1 bell)

30 Toe 2 Bar

30 DB Deadlift (50/35)

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

200 Meter Run

20 Pull Ups/Chest to Bar

20 Thrusters (50/35)

20 Burpees Over Bell

20 Box Step ups with Bell

*Run Together, switch as needed
