B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In Teams of two complete the following for 25 Minutes, repeat from the beginning for an AMRAP:

Run 600 M- Split as Needed

50 Wall Balls (20/14/10)

40 Pull Ups

30 Push Ups

Run 600 M- Split as Needed

50 WB Squat Cleans

40 Toe To Bar/Knee Ups

30 Burpees

Run 600 M- Split as Needed

50 Wall Ball Squats (Front Hold)

40 Wall Ball Sit Ups

30 Mountain Climbers (slow count)

*Non working partner must hold their wall ball, while other performs the work. You may break as needed, but work stops if ball is dropped and a 10 push up penalty applies to both partners.
