80 Wall Balls (20/14/10)
60 DB Snatch (50/35/20)
40 WB Sit UP (1 to 1, both partners go down, but 1 with ball, then pass to other)
40 DB Box Step Ups (20″)
40 DB Dead Lift (50/35/20)
60 Burpees
80 DB Hang Clean and Jerk (50/35/20)
100 Double Unders
