“I Plank…You Plank”
In teams of 2, complete the following for time;
5k Row
50 Front Squats (45/35 lbs)
60 Box Jumps (24/20 lbs)
* Teams may break up meters and reps in any fashion but only one partner may work at a time.
* During the work element, the non-working partner must hold a plank position.
* If the plank drops or breaks form, partners will switch places.
* Plank must be in place before work resumes.
