In teams of 2, dividing reps as evenly as possible (accounting for odd totals), complete many rounds and reps as possible in 35 minutes of:

400 M Run (together)

Wall Balls (20/14 lbs) – Rep count will be the combined age of both athletes

Hand release pushups – Rep count will be the sum of both athletes birthdate (day)

Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in) – Rep count will be the sum of both athletes numerical birth month

Flutter KIcks – Rep count will be the 50% of the sum of both athletes weight

KB Swings (53/35 lbs) – Rep count will be the sum of botheboth athletes shoe size
