Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps in 14 minutes of:
28 Double Unders + 4 Burpee Pull Ups
12 Wall Balls (20/14 lb) + 8 Plate Situps (25/15 lbs)
8 Single DB Box Step Overs (24/20 & 50/35 lb) + 5 Toes to Bar
