A: Warm-up Option (No Measure)
Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.
Gymnastics
B: 20:00 gymnastic work (Use this time to focus on basic or advanced gymnastic movements such as double unders, pull ups, muscle ups, handstand push ups, or toes to bar.)
Pick any gymnastics movements and spend 20:00 working on it.
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
In teams of 2, complete the following for as many reps as possible;
i. Alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of;
2 Wall Walks
10 Air Squats to Medball
ii. Alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of;
5 Single DB Devil’s Press (50/35 lbs)
10 Abmat Situps
iii. Alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of;
5 Toes to Bar
10 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
