If you choose, please take this opportunity to make up a workout / lift that you missed in the recent past. This will be contingent on the coach’s ability to run the clock against the class, equipment availability, and space for regularly scheduled class.

In teams of 2, complete the following for reps;

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible, alternating full rounds, in 7 minutes of:

5 Hang Power Cleans (115/80 lbs)

5 Burpees Over the Barbell

Rest 3 minutes, and when the running clock reaches 10:00…

7 Deadlifts (115/80 lbs)
