C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of;

200m Ski

20 Double Unders + 10 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

12 ABmat Situps + 5 Single DB Devli’s Press (50/35 lbs)
