C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In team of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps in 14 minutes of:
200M Run
7 Deadlifts (135/95 lb) + 7 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10′)
7 Calorie Assault Bike + 7 Single DB Snatch (50/35 lb)
