6 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
6 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
6 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)
Rest 2 minutes, and when the running clock reaches 8:00…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible, alternating full rounds, in 5 minutes of:
20 Double Unders
5 Atomic Situps (25/15 lbs)
