Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 Calorie Row / 15 Calorie Ski

8 Alternating DB Snatch + 8 Pull Ups

12 Deadlifts* + 12 Floor Wipers*
~ weight on barbells will be 115/80 lbs

~ Athletes will alternate row and ski…if athlete A rows first, Athlete A will ski on his/her next round and so on.
