A: Warm-up Option (No Measure)

Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

B: “Pick your Poison” (1-1-1)

Choose a lift or gymnastic movement you need to (or want to) work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps in 12 minutes of:

10 Calorie Ski + 4 Burpee Pull Ups

16 Hang Power Cleans (75/55 lbs) + 8 Situps

8 Single DB Box Step Ups (24/20 & 50/35 lb) + 4 Hand Release Pushups
