In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of;
7 Hang Power Cleans (95/65 lbs)
9 Hand Release Pushups
11 Air Squats
* After every 3 rounds, both partners will complete 2 Sandbag Cleans + 2 Sandbag Front Squats
