C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps in 14 minutes of:
200M Ski
3 Sandbag Cleans Over Shoulder (100/75 lb) + 10 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35 lb)
5 Knees to Elbow + 5 Pull Ups + 5 Hand Release Pushups
* Ski is 5 Reps / 1 per 40M
