In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps in 14 minutes of:
9/7 Calorie Ski + 9 Wall Balls (20/14 in)
8 KB Swings (53/55 lbs) + 10 Plate Situps (35/25 lbs)
8 Single KB Box Step Overs (24/20 & 53/35 lb) + 8 Box Jump Overs (empty)
