B: “Pick your Poison” (1-1-1)
Choose a lift or gymnastic movement you need to (or want to) work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique.
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In teams of 2, on a 14 minute clock, complete a 2000M Ski.
Only one partner may work on the Erg. While that partner is skiing, the non-working partner must hold 135/95 lbs in a deadlift position. If the bar is dropped, the skier must cease working.
With the remaining time, teams will AMRAP*
14 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
12 Ring Push Ups
10 Abmat Situps
* The AMRAP section may divided between athletes in any manner.
Make-Up Day
D: Make Up Session (No Measure)
If you choose, please take this opportunity to make up a workout / lift that you missed in the recent past. This will be contingent on the coach’s ability to run the clock against the class, equipment availability, and space for regularly scheduled class.
