In teams of two, partners alternate complete rounds to each complete the following for time;

10 Wall Ball Shots (20/14lbs)

10 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

20 Double Unders

9 Wall Ball Shots (20/14lbs)

9 KB Swings

20 Double Unders

8 Wall Ball Shots (20/14lbs)

8 KB Swings

20 Double Unders

…continue this pattern to 1 on the Wall Balls and KB Swings while staying constant at 20 Double Unders for each cycle.
