C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of;

50 Calorie Ski

40 Med Ball Sit Ups

30 Hand Release Push Ups

20 Single DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)

10 Single DB Goblet Squats

5 Wall Walks
