Warm-up

A: Athletes Choice (No Measure)

B: “Pick your Poison” (1-1-1)

Choose a lift or gymnastic movement you need to (or want to) work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2 complete 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps each* of:

Hang Power Clean (95/65lbs)

Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Single DB Snatch (50/35 lb)

Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)

* Athletes work one at a time, alternating after each round.

~ Partner A will do 10 cleans. 10 wall balls, 10 snatches, and 10 Box Jump Overs. Partner B will then do 10 of each movement. Partner A will then do 9 of each, then Partner B does 9 of each and so on…

Make-Up Day

D: Make Up Session (No Measure)

If you choose, please take this opportunity to make up a workout / lift that you missed in the recent past. This will be contingent on the coach’s ability to run the clock against the class, equipment availability, and space for regularly scheduled class.
