A: Athletes Choice (No Measure)

Choose a lift or gymnastic movement you need to (or want to) work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete the following for time:

3 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35 lbs)

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65 lbs)

6 Abmat Situps
Partner A will perform 3 Plate G2OH, 1 Hang Power Snatch, and 6 Abmat Situps. Partner B will repeat. Then, Partner A will complete 3 Plate G2OH, 2 Hang Power Snatch, and 6 Abmat Situps. Partner B will repeat.

Continue this sequence adding 1 Hang Power Snatch until completing the round of 10.

Make-Up Day

If you choose, please take this opportunity to make up a workout / lift that you missed in the recent past. This will be contingent on the coach’s ability to run the clock against the class, equipment availability, and space for regularly scheduled class.
