Weightlifting
B: Power Snatch (3-3-2-2-1-1)
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many round and reps as possible in 5 mintues of:
3 Power Snatch (115/85 lbs)
6 Pull Ups
9 Deadlifts (115/85 lbs)
** Rest 1 minute and complete two (2) additional 5 minute AMRAPS picking up where you left off
