B: Power Clean (5-5-5)
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
Complete the following for reps:
i. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
7 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
7 Toes to Bar
ii. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
7 Push Jerk (135/95 lbs)
7 Pull Ups
iii. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
7 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
7 Handstand Push Ups
* Rest 1 minute between each amrap
* Each Amrap will start at the begining for three (3) individual scores
