Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.
Weightlifting
B: Deadlift (5×3)
Athletes will work up to a heavish 3 reps. Then perform 5 sets of 3 reps at the same loading for score.

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:

12 Toes to Bar
36 Double Unders
