B: Hang Power Clean (6-6-4-4-2-2)
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps in 5 Minutes of:
2 Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs)
3 Hang Power Cleans
4 Shoulder to Overhead
5 Toes to Bar
REST 1 Minute
Complete the AMRAP two additional times with the minute of rest.
Athletes will pick up where they left off between AMRAPS
