C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
6 Pull Ups
3 Front Squat (95/65 lbs)
3 Push Press (95/65 lbs)
6 Pull Ups3
4 Front Squats
4 Push Press
6 Pull Ups
5 Front Squats
5 Push Press
6 Pull ups…
Continue until time expires, adding 1 squat and 1 press each round.
Rx+ ~ Sub 1 Rope Climb (15′) for the pullups and loading will be 135/95 lbs for the Squat and Press.
