C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
4 Hang Clean & Jerks (115/80 lbs)
8 Front Squats
12 Toes to Bar
*** REST 2 Minutes and then move on to part D***
D: Clean (1-1-1)
Athletes will have 6 minutes (after the 2 minute rest) to find a 1-rep-max clean
