In teams of 2, complete the following work for time. Alternate full rounds. You may start at any section of your choice. 45 minute time cap:
Section A – 10 Rounds (5 each) of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute then,
Section B – 10 Rounds (5 each) of:
10 Sit Ups
20 Dubs
Rest 1 minute then,
Section C – 10 Rounds (5 each) of:
