Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner Workout: In teams of 2, alternating movements, work through the following movements for as many rounds and reps in 32 minutes:
200M Run
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 Power Snatches (95/65)
20 AbMat Sit Ups
40 Double Unders (or 30 sec practice)
*Every 3 Rounds, accumulate 90 Seconds in a Hand Stand Hold. (Each partner must hold a minimum of 30 seconds each)
