In teams of 2, Complete the following 32 minute AMRAP:
400M Run TOGETHER
50 Barbell Push Press (45/35)
50 Pull Ups
50 Barbell Front Squats (45/35)
50 Push Ups
50 Barbell Back Rack Lunges (45/35)
50 Air Squats
*Run is together. Both partners must be back before starting reps. You may split reps as desired. Only one person working at a time.
**Feel free to add weight to barbell.
