Metcon (Time)

Teams of 2. 1 Deck of cards. 30 minutes on the clock.

One member of each team pulls a card from the deck and performs the exercise and number of reps shown on the card.

Spade – Sit Ups

Club – Air Squats

Hearts – Push Ups

Diamonds – Double Unders (2 to 1 singles)

1-10 Face Value Reps

Jack – 14 Reps

Queen – 16 Reps

King – 18 Reps

Ace – 20 Reps

Joker – Entire Team Runs 600 meters
