With one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 32 minutes:
30 cal ski/AB
1 rope climb each
60 hand release push ups
1 rope climb each
60 med ball squat cleans (20/14)
1 rope climb each
60 med ball sit ups
1 rope climb each
30 burpees over the med ball
1 rope climb each
*alternate ski and row each round
