In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
40 Rounds of:
5 DB Squats (50/35)
4 DB Box Step Overs (20″)
3 DB Thrusters
2 Burpees over DB
1 DB Devil Press
Time Cap 40 minutes. If you need to scale, scale the weight. Not the reps.
*Use 1 DB or KB
