Saturday Partner Wod
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 32 minutes of:
Partner A: Run 400 meters
Partner B: AMRAP of the following while Partner A runs:
5 Toes To Bar
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
15 Wall Balls (20/14) at 10′
*Continue to switch places once partner returns from the run.
*Communicate as you will pick up where your partner has left off in the AMRAP.
*After each partner runs once, each team must accumulate 1 minute (30 seconds each) of bearhug holding a sandbag/med ball. Continue this process every 2 runs until time expires.
