Saturday Partner Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 3, perform the following for as many rounds and reps as possible in 32 minutes while achieving Max Cals on Rower:
One person on rower at all times to achieve max cals while other 2 partners perform AMRAP of:
30 Burpees
60 Sit Ups
90 Air Squats
60 KBS (53/35)
30 Hand Release Push Ups
*When switching on the rower, all members of the team must stop working until the partner on the rower starts rowing again. You may switch on the rower at anytime after a minimum of 20 cals has been performed.
