Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 3, work through the following chipper in a “you go, I go” fashion, splitting reps evenly for a 36 minute AMRAP:

54 KBS (53/35)

63 KB Goblet Squats (53/35)

72 Dubs

63 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)

54 Box Step Overs w/ KB (53/35 & 20″)

200 Meter Run Together

*Team must accumulate 54 Calories on the Ski Erg at any point in the chipper before moving onto the next round. Cals split evenly and can be performed while one partner is working through the AMRAP.

**only one partner working at a time except accumulating cals on ski. One person ski at a time.
