Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2, split work as desired, complete the following for time:

1000M/800M Row or 60Cal/40Cal AB

100 Air Squats to target

75 Box Step Ups (24″/20″)

50 Med Ball Squat Cleans (20/14)

400M Run (200 each)

100 Push Ups

75 DB Push Press (50/35)

50 Pull Ups

400M Run (200 each)

100 Med Ball Sit Ups

75 Two Count Flutter Kicks (150 total)

50 Knee Ups

1000M/800M Row or 60Cal/40Cal AB

*Must switch Row and AB in first and last movement meaning, If you start the metcon with the row, you must finish the metcon with the AB and vice versa.
