A. 9 MINUTES:

800M Run TOGETHER then in remaining time, max Ab mat sit ups while other is bear hugging sandbag (100/75).

REST 1 MINUTE

B. 9 MINUTES:

800M run TOGETHER then in remaining time, max push ups while other is holding plate over head (45/35)

REST 1 MINUTE

C. 9 MINUTES:

800M run TOGETHER then in remaining time, max burpees while other is holding a plank on elbows.
