In teams of 2, complete the following for as many rounds and reps in 32 minutes of:

30 OHPlate Lunge in Place (45/35)

12/10 Calorie Assault Bike or Row (EA)

30 Toes to Bar

12/10 Calorie Assault Bike or Row (EA)

30 Wall Balls (20/14)

12/10 Calorie Assault Bike or Row (EA)

30 Plate G2O (45/35)

12/10 Assault Bike or Row (EA)

30 Burpees

*Each team must alternate between Assault Bike and Rower as you run through the AMRAP.
