“T.J.’s Neighbor” (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, work together for 36 minutes to achieve as many rounds and reps of the following:

1 Minute sand bag hold each 100/50 (clean to shoulder for hold position)

28 Cal Row (split evenly)

20 Wall Walks (split evenly)

23 Box Jumps 24″/20″ (split evenly)

36 Hang Power Clean 95/65 (split evenly)

*1/28/2023 – 36 smacks to T.J’s neighbor and make sure you give 1 good one to grow on.
